Okay, so The Island of Dr. Gateau is not just a clever name for a foodie blog... it's my new Yummy Delicious crush and it's pretty much the best thing since sliced bread! All the way from sunny Brisbane, the lovely Jess is a food stylist, neuroscientist and blogger extraordinaire. Her photographs are picture-perfect and the recipes she chooses are pure delight.
